At Oracad, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. This policy outlines the conditions regarding refunds, returns, and service adjustments.


1. Services and Treatments

  • All dental treatments, consultations, and procedures are customized to each patient.

  • Refunds are generally not available for services already performed.

  • If there are issues with a treatment, Oracad will review and provide a suitable solution.


2. Products and Dental Restorations

  • Custom-made products such as dental crowns, dentures, or other restorations cannot be returned once fabricated.

  • If a product is defective or damaged due to our error, Oracad will replace or repair it at no additional cost.

  • Complaints regarding products must be reported within 7 days of receipt or fitting.


3. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

  • Deposits may be refundable if notice is provided in time.


4. Special Considerations

  • Due to the custom nature of dental services, certain treatments and products are non-refundable.

  • Oracad reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
