1. Services and Treatments
All dental treatments, consultations, and procedures are customized to each patient.
Refunds are generally not available for services already performed.
If there are issues with a treatment, Oracad will review and provide a suitable solution.
2. Products and Dental Restorations
Custom-made products such as dental crowns, dentures, or other restorations cannot be returned once fabricated.
If a product is defective or damaged due to our error, Oracad will replace or repair it at no additional cost.
Complaints regarding products must be reported within 7 days of receipt or fitting.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
Deposits may be refundable if notice is provided in time.
4. Special Considerations
Due to the custom nature of dental services, certain treatments and products are non-refundable.
